I have the same problem with my computer. I can't access my old folders, which includes important papers and homework, programs, and over 3GB's OF MUSIC FILES. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!! I tried the previous solution, but there was no "security Tab" under properties. PLEASE HELP!!!!! thank you.
