Defrag

Hello, I recently tried to defrag my computer and when I
selected Disk Defragmenter I got an error and it won't
run. The error says:

"Snap-in Failed to initialize.
Name: Disk Defragmenter
CLSID:{43668E21-2636-11D1-A1CE-0080C88593A5}"

Then it takes me to a screen that say:

"Snap-in Creation failed.
The Snap-in isnot created, it may not be installed
properly.
Name: Disk Defragmenter
CLSID:{43668E21-2636-11D1-A1CE-0080C88593A5}"

Can anyone help me?
