user profile

my system got a windows xp edition installed.Now whenever
I start the computer it says " can't load your user
profile.it may be corrupted" and loading in to a temp
profile.howwill i get my profile restored .Please help.

i tried the restore back up .Then i could restore the
entire changes along with profile but getting my anti
virus installation corrupted.Can i restore my profile
alone fromthe the back up ? please help.
