Go to the manufacturer's website. Check for a Firmware update
for your unit. Also, make sure the BIOS for the IDE channel it is
on is set for Auto. It would help, if you could name the vendor &
model # for your burner.
Finally, did you install the appropriate Chipset driver for your
motherboard ?
