Athlon xp 3200. the fan is more than enough and keeps it
at 39oc. 500watt power supply. 1028mb ram. 80gig HD.
GeForce fx 5200. Its all compatible and works fine
normally its just when i run a program from my CD drive.
Its a Sony DVD/CDRW combo drive (bought from dabs.com and
didn't come with a driver disk. However xp seems to have
recognised it fine. Theres nothing disabled or not working
in devise manager. One thing it might be is that i ran my
mates copy of xp Pro for a few days as a trial (without
activating it) then bought and installed my own (genuine)
copy of xp home. I didn't format the HD drive inbetween
installations i just installed xp home over. will this
make any difference?
???
