Missing System File - WUMGRD.exe??

Hello,
wondering if anyone can help me here. My AVG detected a virus this morning, a worm. It deleted it, but also took this file with it:

WUAMGRD.exe

I ran Norton windoctor and it picked it up.

Anyone know what this system file is for, and more importantly, how can I RESTORE it? I don't want to restore my whole system for just one file.

I'm fairly new to this so any help would be much appreciated.
