Stop sharing Drive on Network

Only locally authenticated uses from the local
Administrators group can access this share (known as C$,
etc...)
Explanation:
Before a user can access this share they must first
authenicate either from a local console, or by the network
using a valid username and password provided they are part
of the local administrators group for that machine (or
from a domain admin which this machine is trusting)
NOTE:
It is not recommended you modify the NTFS permissions on
this folder. Certain NTFS permissions can be set which
may have non-obvious implications due to inheritance. You
may inadvertely remove SYSTEM permissions in certain
subcontainers, especially when you use the DENY option.
