XP Loading Problem

i did not get all of your reply on this. i went to the
link at the bottom of your reply and it didnt help any.
i cant get xp to load up to the splash screen. it reboots
when the xp loading screen goes to change to the splash
screen. is there a way that i can fix this without
reloading xp. thanks. matt.
