Nothing gets started from config.sys in XP. You want to Start - Run and
run MSConfig.sys, look for a line in that for Wjview, and uncheck it.
It was probably put there to run a nasty that anti-spyware software has
removed. Exit - do not bother to reboot, but next time you do there
will be a message about 'System Configuration'. Check the 'Do not show
again' box and exit
