Hi,
Load the Recovery Console by booting the WinXP CD and expand a new copy of
that file from the command prompt.

>From the C:\> prompt, run
expand X:\I386\csrss.ex_ %windir&\system32\csrss.exe
Then exit the recovery console, remove the CD and restart normally. Replace
"X" with whatever letter is assigned your CD drive.
