The OEM licensed copies of Windows XP are "one time use licenses"
This means that they may be used to install to a single PC and then may not
be moved to any other device, even if that PC is retired or scrapped.
You may however reinstall the OS to the same device.

(This is one of the reasons why the OEM copy is cheaper then the retail)
