This tip page worked great for me. I couldn't run anything 16 bit, followed the tips and they suggested that I put ver.dll in windows as well as windows/system32. that did the trick, got all 16bit programs working again.
it was tip 0151 problems with 16 bit apps in windows NT. I'm using XP Pro and it worked for me.
