It is neither a hardware or software problem,it is a
virus problem.In fact it is a problem with the most
publicly advertised virus in history
(Radio,TV,Magazines,Newspapers,Internet)Where have you
been?
I have no doubt that if you just scroll one or two pages
in this group you will see several posts just like
yours,from people with a "it won't happen to me" attitude.
When I got my first computer I knew absolutly nothing
about them,but I knew enough to install an anti-virus and
firewall software from day one.
