Hi,
It means some program loading at startup is making an invalid call to a
library file. Rundll32.exe is just the file used to load dll's. It is not
the problem, it's just the messenger.

This should help you idnetify the problem. Once identified, you may need to
reinstall the problematic program, or seek assitance from the program
distributor.
