Internet Explorer Dual Settings

Is it possible to have 2 copies of Internet Explorer on a computer? I want to have one set up with normal configuration and a second copy with the LAN settings set differently. I want the user to be able to just click an icon depending on which settings she needs without having to go into the connections settings.
