Mr. Dyer:

I paid $1500.00 for this computer from Dell. The spec
indicated that the transaction included the installation
of the necessary softwares to operate the machine. They
used their own "bulk" softwares vs. me buying and
installing the OS separately. There is a one year
warranty for their product. I believe it's only
reasonable for Dell and/or MS to assume some
responsibility for their product which I only have had
for two months. It's only fair, don't you think?
