i brought a 2nd hand computer, i know has winXP. i think
it is the professional version. i will not boot. i think i
need a start up disk. i don't have winXP on my 1st
computer. i tried using a Win98 start up disk. it won't
work. duh go figure. so i went to a local store to see if
they would make me a start up disk. if i provied my own
floppy. the guy said that on winXP that you can only make
one start up disk for the life of the computer. that
another start up disk can't be made on it. plus that it
would take 6 blank cd's to make a start up disk. what i
would realy like to know is that guy full of sh*t? if he
is how could i get the computer going? please help thanks
