Login Problems

We have a WinXP computer that 5 different people use. They use different
novell login names for e-mail purposes. But I'm trying to get it to login
as guest automatically in windows, so they all use the same profile. Right
now I have 2 problems. First problem I'm having is after logging into
Novell, the windows login box appears. Is there a way to have it bypass
this part? And second, we lose connections to the drives that are mapped
when a different user logs in to novell. So basically I need to find a way
that no matter who logs into novell on this machine I want them to use the
same windows profile. Is this possible?
