No crashes till recently? no new software? No new hardware???? Mmm...???
How the hell are we supposed to know why you are crashing when you don't
tell us what is crashing.
Look at you event logs. Research the crash using a search engine. Your
answers are just around the corner if you do a little work on your end.

We are not here to spoon feed you. You have to know how to take care of
your system. And that means read the documentations. Goto microsoft's site
and look around. RTFM!!!!
