What "rules, which I brake" are you talking about?
Our company is an investment company. I'm an investment analyst. The
administrator is threatening my and so company's work by slowing it down!

Let me see, can't spell gaol, doesn't understand ethics by your support of
someone breaking rules and threatening his company's infrastructure, and you
are on pacific time with a US ISP so probably a yank, if so you bear
collective responsibility for the war crime in Iraq - pay taxes to burn
children to death do you. Have you used your right to bear arms to change to
a non criminal government. War criminal fits. It certainly defamatory but
the defence of truth will suffice I think and make it non actionable. You
would certainly make it through the jury stage of a trial but it would be
tossed out at the judge stage of the trial (which is the main part).
