1 why do i keep getting disconnect?

i use a mobile phone sprint 3g to get online, and the problem is that its speed ccan reach up to 900k but the phone hangs up a lot the connection doesnt close but what it does is dial again every time i use the net, and thats like getting disconnect every 10 or 5 seconds.

help me improve my connection(speed up) and fix hanging up problem specially this 1, thanks guys you are the best.
