Shutdown Error

Everytime before I shutdown or restart my computer it comes
up with "GDLSP_ASYNCWND_CLASS not responding" So I have to
hit the end task button from 2 to 15 times before this
stops coming up. Does anyone know what is causing this and
how to fix it?
