Why don't you run your anti-virus application and get rid of it? You give
no information other than you think you have a virus. What virus? Why
don't you run your anti-adware and spyware application? Never open email
from someone you don't personally know and always confirm that a "friend" is
the actual sender of the email you are about to open. If you include more
information, you may get some help.
