A. You refered to Dmitriy Kopnichev with the statement "You know that what
you want is illegal with 5 years gaol (jail if you can't spell) time. If I
help I'm conspiring with you. Take the hint and stop trying to act
illegally." Demonstrably untrue as you and Dmitriy Kopnichev live and work
in completely different countries with unrelated legal systems.

B. You referred to me as "Another ethically challenged, spelling retarded,
war criminal yank". That statement is at best that is unsupported and
reckless; at worst defamatory and actionable.
