Try running through the Network Wizard (again). At times, it doesn't
appear.
If that is not the case: Start/Admin/Services/Internet Connection Firewall
(ICF) .... Startup type: Automatic
Or try: Start/Run and type in: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
