Hi Paul,

Thanks for verifiying.

In that profile when you go to Start/Run and type in SendTo, does it open
the proper folder? And beings you say that you can navigate to the folder,
means it isn't hidden.

Go to Start/Run/Regedit and verify that SendTo is listed properly under
these two keys:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell
Folders
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders

Other than the above: Suggestions and Checkpoints:

1. Does the profile have Admin Status?
2. Run the Windows Cleanup Utility:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301
3. Try manually adding the needed files per the article. And the one's
listed below.
4. Delete the CLSID via the registry, etc. for the install.
5. Keep us posted and good luck!

%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Desktop
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Documents
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Favorites
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Start Menu
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Templates

Keylly, This path (\Documents and Settings\Francine
Mendoza\SendTo) does exist in my desktop machine.
However, I can't answer whether this path is a correct
path for the installer. I don't know what the installer
is up to.
