I can think of no reason. It might be worth going to the HP site and
getting the latest version of RecordNow to install - but I don't
remember seeing that trouble using it and an HP drive (which are
usually actually made by Sony) At

which will wrap - select the drive type (find it in Control Panel -
System - Hardware - Device Manager) though I don't suppose it matters
much and it will lead you to a page where you can download
