This does not reflect actual paging - rather it appears to be the system
'parking' a few items into the file as some sort of precaution. Which
is why Ron suggests a need for more than 50 MB of file actual usage
before adding more RAM. I'd be inclined to go a bit higher than that if
money is tight, say allow file up to about one third of existing RAM to
be active before expecting significant improvement from adding more
