How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware:

If you have a friend that has a XP CD then borrow it and do a Repair
Install.
For XP to recognize the new Mobo a repair install is needed. A new install
isn't necessary.
If you still want to do a new install you can still borrow a friend's disk
but use your CD key. All Retail XP disks are virtually the same, you are not
breaking any EULA regulations etc... by doing this.
