Is your Norton antivirus up to date? Check the Status window and see
what the date of the virus definition files is. It must no more than
a week old at any time.
To double check for a virus download and run Stinger (free) from
http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger
It will detect and remove the most recent viruses, which are the ones
that are most ofen encountered and are also the ones that would get by
your Norton if the virus definition files for it were a bit old.
Good luck
