Issues like this are often caused by spyware. Remove spyware with tools
like Spybot S&D from www.safer-networking.org and Ad-aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs first. They are
free, so run them both. Also, it is most useful to run these programs
in Safe Mode. Also delete your Temporary Internet Files (IE
Tools>Options).
