i received a document attachment via outlook. I opened it but did not save it. Then i was sent a revised version of the same document but this time the filename ended with the new revisiondate. When i open the revised document (with a slightly different filename), i got the old document's content. This happens with Word and Excel documents. Please advise.

I am using Microsoft Office XP.
