If you can remember where you gained it from, I would start there. I really
can't remember if it was a part of Plus! 98, it has been too many years for
me. If this is the case, XP also has a Plus! Version:

Either way, please, note that XP has issues with added Themes, etc. Some of
the workarounds are listed here and good luck!
