I've cleaned this off of lots pcs. It's a tough one to
remove but can be done. I usually start with Spybot Search
and Destroy and then use another program called Pest
Patrol to remove the rest. If you do not want to invest in
the Pest Patrol program, they have instructions on
removing vx2.betterinternet manually (which I have had to
do on some occasions in addition to using the programs).
The trick is to kill the running processes before
attempting to remove it from a pc.
