No what MS means (and security gurus) is to not use the *hidden*
administartor account while surfing the net. This can be a security
concearn, but using a user that the created that has admin rights is
perfectly acceptable and probably the norm with xp users. Every xp install
has a system or "hidden" administrator account that has full rights to all
the computers does. This is the one you don't use. A user with admin rights
is fine.
