Here is what you need to do:
1. Stop posting in all capital letters. It is considered shouting, rude,
and is hard to read.
2. You would be best served by taking your machine to a good local
computer repair shop and having them clean it up for you. There are
many ways of getting rid of viruses, but they depend on what viruses
your computer has. If you are lucky and you don't have viruses that
immediately break antivirus software, you could start cleaning up by
installing an antivirus program.
