Hijacked

A couple of days ago, I picked up a virus that blew right
through my Norton security.

This thing will randomly take me to "searchpage.cc/1507",
some sort of online pharmacy and search portal. Norton
gave me some things to do, and told me to download some
patches for Internet Explorer.

Lo and behold, this thing is still on my computer, and
it's preventing me from downloading any IE updates as
well as spyware blockers, etc. Anybody have any ideas?
