1. View | Header and Footer.
2. Insert a text box (Insert | Text Box).
3. Double-click it to bring up the Format Text Box dialog.
4. On the Colors and Lines tab, choose No Fill and No Line. On the Layout
tab, choose Behind Text.
5. Insert your StyleRef field (Insert | Field: StyleRef: Heading 1).
6. Select the displayed text and right-click. Select Font... and format the
font large (I used 24 points) and Font Color: 25% Gray.
7. Center the paragraph and make sure the text box is large enough for your
longest heading. If desired, rotate the text 90 degrees.
