Both the links you included point to similar posts by Bruce.
I can only assume you taking issue with Bruce's use of the phrase
"...a web site that openly advocates lying and software piracy..."

Your site clearly provides advice on how to breach the End User License
Agreement that the end user has already agreed to abide by as part of the
conditions required to be satisfied to exercise the single license they had
purchased.
The deliberate breach of a license agreement for software and in particular
the multiple installations of unlicensed copies of Windows is software
piracy.

As regards removing this thread, bare in mind Kurt that this is a peer to
peer support newsgroups for general question on the Windows XP product. Not
a general discussion group/chat forum.

My work here is to answer genuine users questions about our technologies and
products., Not to engage in some "debate" with you.
If you have a genuine technical question then post it.
If you have specific legal questions then as I have suggested a number of
times - seek professional legal counsel and feel free to contact Microsoft
Legal and Corporate Affairs department at our head office in Redmond WA.
