If the machine came with the system installed, then the CD to use should
be on the 'Certificate of Authenticity' label stuck to the outside of
the case (usually on the back panel). Also be sure you are reading the
key correctly: in the type face used it is very easy to confuse G and 6
as well as S and 5 and so on
