hi Malke
Thanks.. but,, I did all that,, I updated and ran both Spybot and Ad-Aware and I performed Tests !!
This is only happening under my own (User Account) !!
When my Bro switch to his own (User Account) ,, He can have access to the Address Bar and he could change his own home page. but I can't. The address bar,, The use current ,, The use Default, and, The Use Blank Tabs in my home page (under Internet Propertie/Internet Options) are faded and I have no access to any one of those Tabs !!
I wish I know what to look for in the Registry Under HKEY_USERS ,, HKEY_CURRENT_USER and/or HKEY_LM to compare and adjust them same as my Bro's .
Thanks again
Romio

The problem is probably not because of MSN, but rather that you have
spyware on your system. Remove spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy
     from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be
sure to update these programs before running them. It is best to run
antivirus and spyware removal tools in Safe Mode.
