Arrange Icons by > Modified. [do it twice]

or,

Sort using the "Date Modified" column [at the top] descending.

how can setup the windows explorer,
that newest files are automaticly listed on the top?
for example:
capi.dll            18.06.2003
capi20.dll        15.04.2003
vga.drv            20.02.2003
...etc.
who can help? any idea?
