You would not normally attempt to run a .php file locally. PHP is a
scripting language similar to html that is normally run from the server and
would not work on your local machine unless your running IIS or Apache,
install PHP support in either, then install the file into the webserver. For
what it's worth, I believe Michael is correct. You need to remove the .php
from the file name and save it as a .exe.
