I'm not an attorney but I do have an IP attorney who
occasionally works for me who tells me that 99% percent
of the people come to him with a "fair use" defense are
wrong. Apparently the courts have defined in rather
narrow terms what fraction of a work you may copy for
various circumstances. That's what he says anyway.

I read your "fair use" page a while back but since it
had "This is a parody!" written on it, I didn't think you
meant it.
