The SP1a is available as a CD ($10 plus S&H) -
http://www.microsoft.com/WindowsXP/pro/downloads/servicepacks/sp1/default.asp
and down at the bottom is the link to order it.

Then there is a consolidated security CD just come out - free - order at
http://www.microsoft.com/security/protect/default.asp
