Using XP Pro with all updates.
When I go to Start-Programs I can't use the right click.I
want to delete some programs sort by name.
I never had this problem before.

It would appear that you have inherited a pirate copy of XP Pro..... there is no facility to change the key at the point of getting updates, which essentially means that you will have to do a repair install with a legal copy.. ... the FAQ 18 -"I need to change my Product Key" gives ...
