Maybe your friend's system settings are the problem. If your friend is
using Outlook Express to send email, have him/her open Outlook Express and
then in the main window, click the Tools menu, click Options, click the Send
tab, under the heading Mail Sending Format click the HTML SETTINGS button,
and when the HTML SETTINGS box opens click to put a checkmark in the box to
the left of Send Pictures With Messages, click the OK button in that box,
and then click the APPLY and OK buttons in the remaining Options window.
