HELP!
I rebuilt my pc with a new Western Diginal 250gig HD and
was running fine, finally, on a single partition.
However, after about a month it has suddenly stopped
booting. Pc is a Compaq Evo D500 Business Computer.
Everything was most up to date.
Symptom - on reboot system goes thru Bios, Post, and when
clears screen to bring up what would normally be the
Windows logo.. I get a flashing cursor in the top left of
the screen and it just sits there.
I still had 40 gig hd I cloned it from so I'm running on
that, but need my 250gig hd back, preferrably with it's
data intact. Right now it's running as D (250gig)and I
can see everything there... it just won't boot.
HELP!!!!
I haven't done my taxes yet!!!!
