blocked..only allows text

I haven't the foggiest idea how to use this forum; but
here goes. I am able to get TEXT ONLY from a friend of
mine through my outlook express. I receive text and
pictures etc. from the other people who email me.I've
looked and I don't have anyone listed as blocked in my
outlook express. What is the matter and how can I correct
this? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Another
problem I do not know how to find your answers. I guess I
just look and try to find????
