bad news. reinstall. due to many updates to ie as singles
the windows explorer can become corrupted to the point of
crashing and refreshing the screen icons.combined service
paks seem to not do this corruption. and then tweek your
programs when they go back in as to not take away from
windows programs such as in quicktime ,uncheck using
"tiff" or crash .
